To help provide more flexibility, MTI is now offering evening classes for the Basic Nursing Assistant Course at the East Peoria, IL campus!

Now, you can finish your training to become a certified nursing assistant (CNA) in just 7 weeks through an evening schedule that gives you more flexibility during your day.

Class hours are 5 p.m. to 9:30 p.m. Monday through Thursday.

“Evening classes provide students an opportunity to pursue their career goals on a schedule that works for them. We know finding time to finish your education can be challenging, but we also know that learning a new skill can change your life. Our goal is to help accommodate students who want to pursue CNA training, but who also need to maintain work and life balance,� said Cole Huff, Campus President of MTI East Peoria.

The Basic Nursing Assistant Course is a 7-week course that prepares you to become a certified nursing assistant (CNA) through hands-on training. You’ll learn the skills you need to work as a nursing assistant within several environments, such as hospitals, nursing homes, and home health agencies.

MTI’s Basic Nursing Assistant Course prepares you to take the certification exam to become a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) in the state of Illinois.
